Fogerty Makes A Mark At OSTSAR 2017

The young and enthusiastic sailor for the Howth Yacht Club in Ireland, Conor Fogerty, has shown what he is made of at the recently concluded OSTSAR 2017.


He had a tremendous last 40 miles of the OSTSAR 2017 event to end the race in the 2nd position. This is a very big achievement in his sailing career and the Irishman is thrilled to bits with this showing.

He zoomed past the finish line on Monday afternoon (19th June) at 3:45pm Irish time in his Jeanneau 3600 BAM. He did put in a lot of effort on the last few miles of the race and burned off in style to claim the 2nd position. There is no doubt that Conor will be celebrating his great success for many days to come. It will take a couple of days for the achievement to sink in.
